We understand that transportation in the vape industry can be challenging due to stringent regulations and unforeseen factors such as weather or carrier delays. However, we are dedicated not only to delivering your order but also to earning your trust. We pride ourselves on our efficient shipping process.

If your package is delayed by more than 5 business days, we will credit 10% of your order value back to your wallet. If the delay exceeds 8 business days, that credit increases to 20%, underscoring our commitment to service excellence.

Electronic Cigarettes Shipping Policy

Due to the PACT Act enacted on December 27, 2020, we are limited in the states to which we can ship. An adult signature upon delivery will be required for all orders and is included in the shipping charges at checkout. Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the package.

It is not possible to ship vape products through major U.S. shipping companies, which have ceased shipping vape products. Therefore, we will utilize private regional carriers (third parties) for order shipments.

Your age will be automatically verified by the leading BlueCheck software during payment. If you are under 21 years old, your order will not be processed.

Processing Times & Tracking Information

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. In 80% of cases, if your order is placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM, it will be sent to the shipping company on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

    For example, if you place your order on Friday after 1:00 PM, it will be processed and delivered to the postal carrier on Monday.

  • Tracking emails are automatically sent once packages are shipped and may end up in your spam folder.

  • Please track packages via email, not the Shop App.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in lost packages or delayed shipments.

  • Note: The shipping carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us if there is no recipient available to sign.

  • Note: Orders placed on American holidays will be processed on the next business day in the order they were received.

  • Note: During special occasions and sales events, it may take up to 5 days to process your order.

Shipping transit times are estimates and do not include processing times, weekends, or holidays. Shipments are fulfilled by a third-party carrier, and external factors such as weather, labor shortages, or carrier logistics may extend shipping times.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If you are experiencing delays, please allow up to 2 business days after the estimated delivery date to contact us. If you did not receive your package after it was marked as delivered, please check with neighbors, your leasing office, or household members before contacting us. Any shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

We are not responsible for packages shown as delivered when shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues impacting the successful shipping of your order. We are not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions.

If You've Missed All Three Delivery Attempts

If the carrier has made their third and final delivery attempt and the package is being sent back to us, we can either reship your order or issue a full refund. Reshipping packages and additional shipping fees are at our discretion. Please contact us if you would like your package reshipped. Packages may sometimes need to return to us before they can be reshipped.
